- Pension Payment Order copy
- Employment ID card
For pensioners under EPFO (Any one apart from the above ID Proofs):
For pensioners under EPFO (Any one apart from the above ID Proofs):- Letter from the company stating that customer was working with them & date of retirement
- Copy of 10D signed by the employer
- Copy of Letter from pension authority wherein pensioner has been directed to open pension accounts
- PPO Copy
- Copy of scheme certificate(EPS1995) issued by EPFO
